Mother do love to drink tea, since the time that she had read on the books that the tea does contribute a lot for treating people’s illnesses. That with the use of the tea you can feel refreshes and even your mind and body relax. Just last week she did organize a tea party with her friends to talk about their health to know her friends opinion for health tips and idea. She did asked to search for the best place to find for different kind of tea and the teapots. Not just for finding the tea but also she did asked me to gather information about the tea.
I told her not worry, I thought of doing the search on the internet for the information. I do search online and I did not just found the information for the tea gift baskets but also the best place to buy the tea’s. The site had the all kind of tea’s from different places. Tea for your health, breakfast tea, tea from different brand, there is the green and red tea. Mother was happy when I had given her all the information that she needed and happier when she doesn’t need to visit the supermarket to do the shop for the tea for her party. She was really happy and excited with her party.

Don’t Let Criticism Get You Down

Thursday, November 5th, 2009

Never allow criticism to bother you. Keep your goal of a home fortune in view at all times. Follow the tips in this book and you’ll soon have a big income flowing into your home. Then when one of your critics asks you for a loan or some other part of your home. Income you can say, with mock surprise, “But you’ve been so critical of my home business ideas, you certainly couldn’t accept any of the money I earned from them. You’re so much smarter than I am that accepting money from me would probably be an insult to you!”
Remember: There’s a day of reckoning for everyone in life. If you spend your time in a useful activity, such as a home business, your day of reckoning will be a pleasant one. But if a person spends his time criticizing others, his day of reckoning will often extend to years, and every day in every year will be unpleasant.

Using Facts and Statistics

Definitions. A definition helps your audience understand what you are talking about by translating your topic into words your listeners will understand. It helps to ensure that speaker and listeners are talking about the same thing. Audience analysis should help you determine whether you need to provide definitions in your speech. As a general rule, you should provide definitions for any technical terms that are unfamiliar to your audience the first time you use them. In her informative speech at Vanderbilt on genetic testing, Ashlie McMillan first offered a technical definition: “According to ‘The Genetic Revolution,’ an article in Scientific Magazine, genetic testing ‘is corelating the inheritance of a distinctive segment of DNA, a marker localizing the mutant gene on a DNA strand which composes our chromosomes.” Noting the puzzled look on her listeners’ faces, Ashlie then said, “I found that a little confusing too, so I tried to put it in my own words: Genetic testing is simply looking at people’s DNA to find a pattern of a mutant gene. That’s basically what it is.”
Definitions can be persuasive as well as informative. A persuasive definition reflects your way of looking at a controversial subject. It presents your perspective in such a way that your listeners will want to share it. A persuasive definition usually puts the subject in an emotional context. In a speech on domestic violence against women Donna Shalala, U.S. Secretary of Health and Human Services, provided the following persuasive definition of domestic violence: “Domestic violence is terrorism. Terrorism in the home. And that is what we should call it.”
